  1. Shortlist based on CAT, XAT, CMAT, and PMAT (PIBM’s Management  Aptitude Test) with past academic records.
  2. Final shortlisting based on the group engagement (GD) and one-on-one interview (PI).

Placement:

PIBM is one of the top management institutes which has good placement records. In the 2022 batch, the maximum salary offered to the students stood at INR 12 LPA while the average salary maintained on the campus was Rs 6 LPA. total 285 students out of 375 get placed in different national and international corporate offices like Amazon, Deloitte, KPMG, etc and BFSI followed by IT/ITES dominated the placement in campus drive.
